Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to using this site, requesting quotes and holding an EvaBrick account. Last updated June 2026.
Acceptance Of These Terms
Using this site, submitting a quote request or creating an account means these terms apply. If any part of them is not acceptable, the site should not be used. These terms sit alongside the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is handled.
What This Service Provides
This site provides information about home insurance and a way to request quotes and coverage guidance. Material published here is general in nature and is not a substitute for the wording of an issued policy. Where the two differ, the policy document governs.
No coverage exists until an application has been accepted by an insurer and the policy has been issued and paid for.
Eligibility
Use of this site is limited to individuals aged 18 or older who are legal residents of the United States and who have authority to arrange insurance for the property being quoted. Submitting a request confirms that these conditions are met.
Accounts And Credentials
An account created on this site is personal to the individual who registered it. Login details must be kept confidential, and any activity carried out through an account is the responsibility of the account holder. Suspected unauthorised access should be reported straight away using the contact details in section 13.
Accurate Information
Quotes rely entirely on the accuracy of what is submitted. Details about the property, its condition, its occupancy, prior claims and the value of belongings must be complete and truthful.
Inaccurate or omitted information can change a price, void a quote, or lead to a claim being reduced or declined by the insurer at a later date.
Quotes And Coverage
A quote is an indication based on the information available at the time and on the criteria the insurer applies. It is not an offer of insurance and may change following underwriting review, an inspection of the property, or verification of the details supplied.
Availability of particular coverage, limits and endorsements depends on the insurer, the property and the state in which it sits.
Acceptable Use
This site may only be used for lawful purposes connected with obtaining home insurance information. The following are not permitted:
- Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent information
- Attempting to access accounts, systems or data without authorisation
- Interfering with the operation, security or availability of the site
- Copying, scraping or redistributing content for commercial purposes
- Using automated tools to submit forms or harvest information
Electronic Communications
Submitting a request or creating an account means agreeing to receive communications electronically, including email and, where consent has been given, text messages. Consent to marketing messages is optional and is never a condition of obtaining a quote or a policy.
Message frequency may vary and standard message and data rates may apply. Replying STOP ends messages and replying HELP requests support.
Intellectual Property
The text, layout, graphics, photographs and code that make up this site are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of EvaBrick or its licensors. Nothing on the site grants a licence to reuse that material beyond ordinary personal viewing.
Third Party Links And Content
Links to insurer sites, public resources or other external pages are provided for convenience. Those destinations are operated independently, and their content, accuracy and practices sit outside the control of this site.
Disclaimer And Limitation Of Liability
This site is provided on an as available basis. While the information published here is prepared carefully, no guarantee is given that it is complete, current or suited to any particular situation, and it should not be treated as legal or financial advice.
To the fullest extent the law allows, liability is excluded for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.
Arbitration And Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be settled informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and class or representative proceedings are waived to the extent the law permits.
Changes And Contact Details
These terms may be revised as services or legal requirements change, and the revision date shown at the top of the page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised terms apply. Questions can be sent to:
