About EvaBrick

I read the property first and the price second, so the limits I write still hold up on the day you finally need them.

Why I Do This Work

A Policy Should Read Like The House It Covers

Two homes on the same street rarely carry the same risk. Roof age, plumbing runs, what sits in the garage and how far the nearest hydrant is all change what a policy has to do. I start from those details instead of reaching for a template.

  • I start at the address

I shape the cover around the building actually standing there, not the category it happens to land in.

  • I explain the limits first

Every figure on your schedule has a reason sitting behind it, and I give you that reason in plain words.

  • You keep one contact

Once you report a loss I stay on the file from the first photo through to the last repair.

How I Work

Three habits that shape every policy I put together.

Plain Wording

Insurance language buries its meaning in small print. If something changes what you get paid, I say it out loud in words that survive one reading.

Rebuild Reality

A sale price and a rebuild cost are two different numbers. I size your cover against what it would take to stand the structure back up, materials and labor included.

No Quiet Gaps

I point out the exclusions while you are still looking at the quote. If something falls outside the policy, you hear it from me before you sign anything.

How I Read A Home

The Details That Move A Quote

A handful of facts about your property carry most of the weight in the price I come back with. Once you know which ones they are, that number stops feeling like a mystery.

  • Structure What the walls and roof are made of, how the place was put together, and the condition I find it in today.
  • Roof Age Older coverings take wind and hail harder, so I weigh that against the premium and the deductible I suggest.
  • Water Risk How old the plumbing runs are, what sump setup you have, and where your ground sits when water rises outside.
  • Contents A rough value for what you keep inside, plus anything I should list on its own such as jewelry or instruments.
  • Safety Alarms, smoke detection, sturdy locks and how close the fire station sits all pull your number down.

Getting Covered Is Quick

No long forms. Walk three short steps with me and you will know exactly where your home stands.

01

Share The Basics

Send me the address, how old the roof is, and a rough idea of what you keep inside. Ten minutes at most.

02

Weigh The Options

I lay the quotes out beside each other so a lower monthly figure never hides a thinner limit.

03

Lock It In

Pick what suits the way you live, sign it off online, and I will send the paperwork over the same day.
